Wellsys Technology Purification Process

Step 1: Sediment Filter

Reduces particles such as dirt, silt, rust, and pipe residue.

Step 2: Pre-Carbon Filter

Reduces chlorine, chemicals, and pesticides.

Step 3: Reverse Osmosis Membrane or Ultrafiltration

Depending on the specific use case and installation location, the system can be equipped with either a Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane or Ultrafiltration (UF):

  • Reverse Osmosis (RO): RO operates by forcing water through a semi-permeable membrane, which effectively reduces dissolved solids and contaminants. It requires a drain for brine water removal, as part of the process involves flushing away impurities.
  • Ultrafiltration (UF): UF operates by filtering water through a membrane with very small pores, allowing water and beneficial minerals to pass through while blocking bacteria and larger particulates. UF filters all the incoming water and does not require a drain, making it suitable for locations without a convenient drain option.

Step 4: BIO-SURE PLUS™ Filter

Adds minerals, electrolytes, and enhances alkalinity.

Step 5: Post Carbon Filter (TCR)

Final polishing filter ensures great taste.
